After a furious day of moving into our new apartment, Marcus and I took a break to drink a beer on our porch.

We sat down and noticed a light coming from the horizon.

It was the moon rising over the Chicago skyline.

“I don’t mind that” said Marcus, motioning towards the buildings.

I nodded in agreement.

I leaned back in my chair, closed my eyes, and listened to the sound of the cars on the Kennedy highway.
