Making martinis with Absolut Elyx

I am not much of a vodka guy, but when someone says 'free liquor' I am open to many things. Absolute invited a bunch of us out to learn about their new spirit, Elyx at Untitled. It had the three things that make a night special: good friends, live music, and activities. This instance being we got to make our own martinis at the bar. Now I have bartended for a number of years so it wasn't anything new, but it did make the night enjoyable. The night ended in a really high energy burlesque show but I was ushered out by my wife. I'll have to remember to come back another time as I think I left my hat in there somewhere...
