Exploring Columbia Yacht Club

 

Got a quick tour of the Columbia Yacht Club, which is situated aboard the MV Abegweit, a ferry that operated from 1947-1982. CYC bought the vessel in 1983 and permanently docked it on the lakefront to serve as the new location of the club.

We grabbed a couple beers, walked around on the deck and took in the sunset as it slipped behind the skyline.
