Crossfit at the Union League Club

 

I stopped by Union League's Crossfit class the other day. Tucked away on the 22nd floor, past criss-crossed hallways, the box is practical and utilitarian. Squat racks, bumper plates, kettlebells, and PRs written on the wall. I almost made the mistake of jumping in and joining the session, but my senses kicked in when I realized I can't do overhead snatches with loafers on.
